About the event

We will explore what’s top of mind for leaders. What successes would you like to share? What challenges would you like to discuss? Additionally, we will consider why we chose leadership based on the book The Motive by Patrick Lencioni. Why did we say yes to our leadership roles? Do our current leadership practices lean into our why or take us further away?
